At the state Level, the e-Prastuti Project for Standardization of Websites is being steered under the overall leadership of the Chief Secretary to the Government of Assam, who is also the Chief Responsible Officer of the entire project.
It is the Department Project Steering Committee (PSC) that will give the overall direction for implementation of ePrastuti at the level of the Department and its constituent organizations. The PSC will be chaired by the Responsible Officer, who is the seniormost Secretary in the department. The PSC must include the heads of the constituent organizations under the Main Administrative Department as the objective is to have an integrated website.
Each constituent organization under the Main Departments will have its own structure that will include the head of the Organization, designated Content Managers, certified Master Trainers, and a Website Administrator.
