A key challenge in present Government websites is stale and unimpressive content. The main reason for this is the inadequate cabability and skill sets within departments for content management. Capability building of Department officials for website and content management is thus the most important step to ensure that all information is written well, up-to-date and accurate at all times. In order to do this, we have continuous skills upgradation and capability building workshops for the Content Managers and Master Trainers.
