A departmental Website Administrator is an officer having IT skill sets. He or she
- would be overall responsible for administration and management of the Department's website
- will assign roles and priviledges to the Department's Content Managers
- manage the top-level directory structure (department-wise) in the website
- ensure the updating of data n the Website Directory
